Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American performer and actress. She is well-known for her work in the theatre in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spinoff Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch origin she is an American actor and singer best known for her frequent appearances on the popular television series That's So Raven. She recorded a rendition of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, for an issue of Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of songs from the Broadway production which included A Change in Me.
